McKinney is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and McKinney follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Took my car to Goodyear for AC repair and paid $550. In less than 30 days AC not working again. Took the car back and after being told on the phone by Junior that "they would not be unfair with the cost and it would be less than $100" left with a $280 bill even though they were reminded of what was stated on the phone. Less than 30 days later AC not working again. Went and spoke to the owners and told them I was not comfortable bringing the car back to them for repair. Asked that I be partially refunded some of that $800 (never would expect a full refund because I understand this is a business) because I still don't have a repaired AC. Took it to the dealership and had to replace the compressor at double that cost and the dealership said had they evaluated it correctly the first time they should have been able to find what was wrong with it. AC has been working fine since then. When I returned to Goodyear to follow up about getting a refund Junior said they "fixed" it so he doesn't think a refund is owed, but he would be willing to refund a $129 diagnostic. On my last visit he actually said that AC problems are hard to diagnose and fix as part of the reason they did not get

I have used this Goodyear for the past six years for our two Honda cars. Dave and his mechanic team are very easy to work with, they troubleshoot well, are easy to reach, and call me back with updates. Their pricing is fair and upfront, with no surprises on the final invoice. I also love that they are close by, which makes it real easy to drop off and pick up vehicles.

I was really impressed with the service, friendliness, and my new set of tires - until I realized a few days later that a rear tire had one lug nut completely missing and the others I could turn with my fingers!

I took my car to this store because of the air leak from one of the tires. They found a leak in Air Valve and replaced that, and they charged me $27.25. They told this and asked them, did you check for any tire air leak and they said nothing there, only valve leak was there. I paid and took car home and parked inside my garage. Next day morning, got warning from car thay air pressure is too low. Again, I took this same store, told them I came yesterday for same reason and still tire leak issue is not resolved, and they checked again. This time they found tire leak, or nail in that same tire and fixed Again and they told this is new issue and charged $17.50. For tire leak issue, they fixed my car 2 time and charged me, $45. Very happy customer and not going back there ever again.

Came to pick up car and found its bumper valance wedged against curb at 7:01PM and no one in store.(see picture) Next morning my son brought to Managers attention when picking up car and he said "there is a gap between bper and car"(see picture for no gap). Later that day I speak with manager and he said it never touched curb with bumper, then I show him pictures and he said car wasn't like that. (Pictures must be liars) Bumper valance is now gouged and scratched. I will no longer take my fleet to them. This isn't the first time they have damaged my cars but it is the last.
